Kedves Zsuzsa! 

Akkor még nem voltak igazolványok, személyes okmányok, amik pontosan rögzítették volna a név helyes írását. 
Sőt egységes nyelvtan és helyesírás sem volt, mindenki úgy írta le a szavakat, neveket, ahogy hallás után maga gondolta. 
Ezért van egy névnek több változata és nem azért mert ő maga változtatta meg. 

Back then, there were no IDs, no personal documents that accurately recorded the correct spelling of the name. 
There was no uniform grammar and spelling, everyone described the words and names as they thought after hearing them. 
That’s why there are several versions of a name and not because he changed it himself.
